Elements 15 W/10 Pro Create template Download issue

There it is!

Not an internet issue - on line!

The download goes through the motions and at about 80% it dumps the above warning?

None of the create templates will download.

Suggestions welcome. If only PSE 7 would work with W/10 (*&&^%%$).

Disabled W/10 FW - still no download same error.

Changed permissions in AVG to "ASK" - didn't help.

Still getting the same error (Uggh)
