"Hello everyone, my Elements 2023 keeps crashing when I right-click on an image, for example, to change the image duration. It started crashing three days ago, completely out of the blue, after working perfectly and smoothly for three weeks. I have no idea what’s causing these sudden crashes. I work with MP4, MP3, and JPG files. I’ve already followed several tips from Adobe support, but nothing has helped. I’m desperate. If I start a new project and upload the same images, everything seems to work fine, so there might be an issue with my current video project that I’ve been working on for about three weeks. But I’m puzzled as to why it only started acting up three days ago. I didn’t change anything (at least, I hope I didn’t)."

How much RAM do you have and how much free space is on your hard drive ?

Also, what are the dimensions, in pixels, of the images that causing the crash?

Your image is way too big.

Reduce dimensions to 1920x1080 or 3840x2160 before bringing it into Elements

The more editing you do on these images, the more taxing it gets on the system.

Mp3 is also not very suited for editing. Best is to covert to wave first.
