Elements Premiere. Download from Amazon without a Serial Number only a KEY

Hello,

I have bought a Download of Photoshop Elements together with Elements Premiere from Amazon UK. The product was suppled with 24 digit "Keys" but without Serial Numbers. I have tried installing the programs and I think Photoshop Elements has installed with just the Key but Elements Premiere asks for a Serial Number which is not provided by Amazon.

I have spent several hours on the Adobe website trying find out the Serial Number without success. I am desperate to speak to a "real person" or even "Chat" in Support but the Adobe website just takes me round in circles.

Can anyone help?
