I have Premiere Elements 2022 which has been working fine for a year or so. When I tried to edit a video a few months ago, I edited it as usual and then went to the Export & Share option so I could save my completed video. However, the Export & Share window opens but no matter which tab I select (eg Quick Export, Devices, Disc, Social Media, Audio, Image) the window remains completely blank. This means I have no way of saving my video, making Premiere Elements completely unusable.
Does anybody have any suggestions please?
Using Windows 11 with Asus Zenbook Pro i7 12th Gen laptop.

Restore preferences why? Can you be more specific?
I followed your instructions and it did absolutely nothing. I still have the problem.

If resetting preferences did not do anything, reinstalling might be in order.

So, nobody can solve my problem. My software is unusable. Adobe are very happy to take my money but are not interested if their product is faulty, relying on "the community" to do their work for them! Absolutely disgraceful! I've wasted my money but won't make the same mistake again!
