Export to Web in French (?) - Premiere Elements 2021

When I try to export my project to YouTube the info/options are all in French.

This may be fine if I understood French, but I am English, in England and speak English.

Everything else in the program is in English, is there some setting I am missing or is this a known bug and I need to use Translate to work out what is going on?
