Exporting 4k Video (Mac)

Elements 15 (Mac Sierra), When I export a 4k Video  (Computer/4kUHD/MP4-XAVC-S high Quality) I only get 3 separate data:

1) m4v  2) aac Audio  3) an empty MP4 data

Of course I need a video with audio for watching it on an Oled TV.

Who had the same problem or has an idea about it?

I will try to help but I understand only English and don't have a Mac.  I do create 4K video for a USB drive that plugs into my 4K TV. 

Can you post a screen shot of your export settings?  This is mine:
