Filters and Effects for Adobe Premiere Elements 10

Wondering if there was any third party plugins that could add Photoshop style filters to Premiere. There are a few (black and white, sepia ect) but not necessarily ones I would want to use. Do you know of any? Thanks!

Some time ago I did some searching.  There are companies like NewBlueFX that do that but generally aim their products at higher end software.  In the end, I found nothing useful and reliable for Premiere Elements.
