Foreign accents?

I suspect they are not part of Premiere Elements, but I need Spanish language accents. Can anyone tell me if they can be found for Elements 15? Thank you.

Look for them in Character Map if you use Windows:

I understand how to use the fonts and accents on Windows. How does that help me in editing with Elements? Do they import into the editing software?

Just copy and paste as you would do in any other application with Character Map.
