Green distortion over video

Hello, I am using Premiere Elements 21 on Windows 10 Version 20H2. I can add media, but these are distorted by a green bar when playing. I can watch the same videos with VLC without any problems. Thanks for your help.

Updating the GPU driver from Intel solved the issue.

 It will.  But, in some cases here, it was changing to an older driver that might not have the flaw in it.  If the GPU is from Nvidia, there is also the choice between gaming and studio drivers.
