Had elements installed on my computor. Computor crashed.Acer fixed my computor. No elements on it.

Had elements installed on my computer. Computer crashed during a storm. Sent computer to ACER to be fixed. Got computer back, no elements. Is there a way I can contact adobe to get it reloaded? I originally bought and installed it.

What version do you have?  If it is a newer version and you have the serial number, you download the installer.  If it is an older version you need some help from Adobe support.   Open a chat session using the icon in the lower left corner here:  https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html

Do you have the installation files or disc?

Was it registered with Adobe?

Was it purchased from Adobe?

What operating system?
