How do you crop or zoom in without loss of quality in PE2022 Adobe Express did a better job

I have been trying to use PE 2022 to zoom in on a secton of video like I can do on my phone

On the phone it still looks same image quality

However when try PE 2022 or MS Video editor or the phone crop tool the image degrades far too much.

I tried Adobe express on line and it did a MUCH better job cropping /zooming in.

So how do I acheive that in PE2022?

Mobile apps work on a smaller screen than computer apps, so resolution loss is not as noticeable.

I disagree. The resolution of my phone is pretty high and whenI ZOOM in on
that section and play it is not loosing resolution . And the facts are
that Adobe Express did a better job at keeping quality when PE just made a
blur of it and I want to know how to make PE do what Express did.

When zoom in on a video, you are expanding its size and reducing its resolution, which degrades the image to some degree, depending on how far you zoom. It may not be as obvious on a phone's small screen, but it is the nature of resolution.

This is not the correct answer because Adobe Express can  do a better job so why cant PE do it or how to configure the settings. So what I think you are not quite reading is that while what  you are saying is valid  using the same file and uploading it to Adobe Express to crop and then saving it and downloading that to the PC is  a  higher quality than doing it in PE.

Adobe Express might have better crop and save algorithms for your particular files.
