How to export Videos in 1080p60 for YouTube?

When I create a video I can post it to YouTube in 30 fps only. When I set custom export settings to get the video in 60 fps the upload doesnt work for some reason. Please tell me how I can export videos in 1080p60 and watch and post them where I want.

You can certainly output your movie as a 1080p60 MP4, save it to your hard drive and then upload it to YouTube using the YouTube uploader.

I don't believe you can upload 1080p60 directly from the program.
