I have a PC. The other day I purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements 15 and Adobe Elements 15. I received an email saying to download these products I need to go to log into my account, locate the order on the "My Orders" page and click on the download button. I don't see a "My Orders" option when I log in.

You can download from this link. If you also purchased Premiere Elements the link is near the bottom of the page.

If you don’t have your serial number available immediately you can install the products as a trial and license them at any time in the next 30 days.

Download Photoshop Elements | 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10

Why doesn't the website have under my account, my purchased apps link so you can download the product from there. It took me 30 minutes to figure out how and where to find the downloads for Elements.  Not even the email that tells you to get started takes you to a clearly marked " My apps" link.

This is a user to user forum.  As users, we don't install software often enough to be familiar with the website you are frustrated with.

Did you successfully get your software installed and running?

Also, you can see all of the products you've purchased and activated as well as their serial numbers on the Adobe site, dexie.

Just log in to Adobe.com and select Manage Account. On the page that opens, select the Plans tab. And on the page that opens then, select My Products.
