How to rearrange all clips on timeline

When I try to Import a project of 200 clips from the organizer, no matter which video I select first, it's always added to the timeline from newest to oldest. For some reason the selection order has no effect when importing and I can't find the option to reverse the order.

You should be able to set the sort order in the Project panel, and once they're in order, select a bunch, drag/drop and get the order right.

The control is in the lower left corner.

I'm not sure where the project panel in Premiere Elements 15 is.

You're in the Premiere Pro forum.  Premiere Elements is a different program.

Set Project Assets to List View (hamburger menu)

Then sort by name by clicking on the word NAME.
