How to upgrade from A.P.E 14 to A.Photoshop.E15 & Premiere Elements 15

I had recently brought Adobe Photoshop Elements 14 & Premiere Elements 14 about three to four months ago and after I had seen Adobe Photoshop Elements 15 & Premiere Elements 15 came out. I cannot return Adobe Photoshop Elements 14 & Premiere Elements 14 to the store because I have already used the codes and installed it to my computer also the selves at the store is restocked with Adobe Photoshop Elements 15 & Premiere Elements 15. Is there a way for me to upgrade to Adobe Photoshop Elements 15 & Premiere Elements 15 for a discount? I did see an offer for it to be 89.99$ but that was a limited deal and I couldn't afford it at the time.... I know this is a bit hard to read due to the various references to the product. Thank you in advanced for anyone who can answer my question.

The "upgrade" to version 15 is not so much an upgrade of the program as much as a special price offered by Adobe to current Premiere Elements and Photoshop Elements users. You get the entire programs regardless -- and you don't even need to have either program installed on your computer in order to install the "upgrade" version.

You can try contacting Adobe Tech Support via Chat and asking for the upgrade price.

However, special prices offered by Amazon or other retailers are sometimes even cheaper than the upgrade price!

Meantime, Adobe is offering the Photoshop Elements/Premiere Elements bundle (until January 3) at $69.99. And that's not bad, considering that the regular price for the bundle is $99.99.
