I can't activate Adobe Premiere Elements

I bought a key for Adobe Premiere Elements, but I can't activate my product. I bought the key from a "reseller" for charities.

I downloaded the product from Adobe. I made an account(not this account).

Pasted my key on https://account.adobe.com/products

I got a message the key was already used. The weird thing is. The product with key is listed on https://account.adobe.com/products as if I activated the product.

Everytime I start Adobe Premiere Elements I got the trial message. I'm logged in.

I have already logged out and logged back in. That didn't help

Dear User,

Could you please confirm the platform and version of Elements that you bought?

Also have you tried activating the product by using the "Activate Now" button from the trial screens?
