I can´t download files from my GoPro 11 camera

I have downloaded Photoshop and Premiere and Organizer 2023 on my Mac.

It seems fine. When I try to connect med GoPro11 camera via USB and should start to download the files I get en

error message, se attachment. I have tried with very short films and that seems to work, but if the films are

lika 15 minutes then it´s stop.

I have tried to change battery and memory card in the camera but it is still the same error.

My Mac is 10 years old, but upgraded with the latest mac os.

Have you encounterd this error? Suggestions for solving the problem.

Can you use Finder to move the files from the camera to your computer and then add them to Organizer?

Hi and thanks for your tip. Yes I have tried that as well, but that doesn´t work either,

at least when I have larger films (e.a. 13 min). When I have smaller films like under a minute

than it seems to work. I will see a friend today who also uses GoPro11 and Photoshop, Organizer and

let him try if his (though a pc) can import my films.
