I am using Adobe Premiere Elements 9 on a Windows 7 and I have just finished a 2 hour and 26 minute video. I cannot shore it to YouTube because it says that it has "exceeded the duration". The only way I can do this is by moving my video directly into the computer's storage. But the problem is, that there is a little bit of storage left on the computer (3.99 GB free of 298 GB). So I used a hard drive that has a lot of storage (1.57 TB free of 1.81 TB) and used that to directly move my video there. When I tried to do that, an error message keeps appearing. I believe it's because of how full the computer storage is that it somehow cannot handle it. Also, I cannot delete the videos and pictures that are from my project in Premiere since it needs it to be there or else it will say "where is the file ____?". I really don't want to change my video or anything. I really need help! Also, keep in mind that I am only 16 years old. Maybe a person who also uses Elemets 9 can help! I don't know.

That is the problem. You need a larger internal drive or you need to free up space on the internal drive. Premiere Elements and Windows needs room on the internal hard drive in order to process the information.

This is the same topic you brought up a few days ago. In fact, this is your third post following up.
Please don't double or triple post with the same question! It's very confusing and it makes it very hard to keep track of what has and what has not been answered.
I'm going to lock this thread to keep things from getting more confusing. Please continue your conversation in your original thread, where you've already received a response that you haven't responded to.
I can't upload a 2 hour video to You Tube
Thank you.
