I have Questions about installin ADOBE PREMIERE ELEMENTS ?

I have bought

ADOBE PREMIERE ELEMENTS,

and I'am needing advise

how to install it, from a disc media.

I'm assuming Premiere Elements 2019 and you don't have a disc drive:

You can download from here and then enter your serial number:

Download Adobe Premiere Elements | 2019, 2018, and 15

or

You could copy the contents of the disc to a flash drive on another computer and install from the flash drive.

or

You could use an external disc drive.

The important part of what you bought is the serial number. 

You can install the sofware by inserting the disc in your computer if your computer has a disk drive.  If not, you can download the same (or even newer) installation file.

Both will use the same serial number.
