hello  i  have  the  next  question :can  we  import  subtitles  in  timeline  (allready srt  files)  and  merge  with  videos  with  premier  elements,like  i  do  with  corel  video  studio  or  cyberlink  power  director?

That is not possible in Premiere Elements.

You can export a title created in Premiere Elements with .prtl extension which can be imported back in any Premiere Elements project. Premiere Elements does not support .srt
