In Premier Elements 2025 the Project Assets do not show what clips are not being used in the movie? How can I identify what clips are not in the movie, so I can delete them?
In Project Assets, there is a blue box that shows up in the lower right corner of the clip when it gets used. It is not a bright and visible as the last version, but it is there.
In the list view you can right click on a clip and a menu displays. If "Cut" shows up at the top it is unused. If "Cut" is grayed out, the clip has been used on the timeline.
I agree with you but can't fix it. I usually use a Lightroom workflow to select my clips for a project so don't have many that aren't used.

Ah yes, I see that now. It seemed more obvious in the 2024 version. So I need to use the icon view rather than the list view - I don't think there is an indication in the list view? Thanks very much for your help, much appreciated.

I didn't know that, so thank you. But in 2024 version you could just see without having to right click, you could then just block all the unused clips and delete them en masse. I sometimes call about 60 clips in and only use half of them, and then I used to like to be able to quickly block and delete the unused ones in the list view. I think I should be able to do that fairly quickly in the icon view.
