In the Video Edditor, playing fast

Hi, I am new to video editing and I did something in the Expert View where my vidoes are playing fast. I don't know what I did and I have looked for hours trying to find help or what it is called. I can start new projects and new videos and they all have the same problem. Any help would be appreciated!!

Which version of the program are you using on what operating system?

What is the source of the video you are editing and what is its resolution and format?

Go into Edit > Preferences > Audio Hardware and make sure Default Input is set to none.
