Insert video doesn´t work

I filmed a few videos with my Google Pixel 7 and wanted to edit them in premiere elements 2021, but I keep getting the same error message: HEVC and HEIF media cannot be added, the tips from the linked page didn´t yield any succes.

What can I do?

You don't say which tips you followed. Did you install the HEVC plug-in for Windows?

I installed the HEVC plug in from Windows, the tips are form this site: https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-elements/using/hevc-decoding-on-windows.html dosen´t help me.

Thanks, but that doesn´t help me I make all of these steps from the video and clear the cache but that doesnt fix my problem. Maybe you have more ideas?

For footage you already have, you can try to convert the HEVC to the more editable H.264 codec using the free program called Handbrake.  For the future, change the setting in your phone so that it uses H.264 instead of the H.265/HEVC codec.  The image quality is the same but the files will be a little larger.
