Install from DVD, or Download Trial?

I purchased the "no-subscription" version of Abode Premier Elements less than a year ago. But when I launch the program I only have the following options for Photo Editor, Install from DVD, or Download Trial. The Organizer and Video Editor are working fine, it's just the Photo Editor that's giving me a problem. Any thoughts?

You haven't yet installed or activated Photoshop Elements.

Did you purchase the Photoshop Elements/Premiere Elements bundle or only Premiere Elements.?

The one I purchased says Adobe Premiere Elements 2018 [PC Download]

You didn't purchase the photo editor.

There are two separate programs:

Premiere Elements (for video)

Photoshop Elements (for photos)

The organizer can be used with both and is included with either purchase.

You can purchase each separately or as a bundle of both programs.  You only purchased Premiere Elements.  To get the photo editor, you will need to purchase and install Photoshop Elements.

If you've got Premiere Elements fully installed and don't want the Organizer opening splash screen or functions, I can show you how to open Premiere Elements directly.
