@r dc87016341 I think I found a fix. I just bought Elements 2021 and agree this is a very useful feature I was disappointed to find not working. This this:

1. Click Edit > Keyboard Customization
2. In the second drop-down at the top, select "Windows"

3. Expand the "Timeline Window" section and scroll down to the "Slide Clip Selection" shortcuts

4. Click each slide option and click "Clear" and then replace it with the same thing that you just cleared.

I only tried this with the one frame left and right slides and it worked. I got a warning that said "Use of the Alt key may result in a conflict with a menu accelerator," but I ignored it. It didn't seem to break anything but I guess if I have problems down the road I know to try using a different shortcut without the Alt key.

Hope this resolves the problem on your end as well. Please let us know! Would be great to find out.

alas, I am not trying to move along the timeline.

a year ago, I was working on showing 15 videos at one time, carefully composed on the screen.
help said you could move the selected clip by nudging a pixel at a time.
support said the same thing.
neither were true.

thanks for helping.
I wonder when they will fix the problem.

There was a bug but that has been fixed, works perfectly with the arrow keys.
