knock 5-10 seconds off the beginning

I purposely started my video about 20 seconds from the beginning. I figured I'd leave time for titles. I now realize 20 seconds is much too much. How can I just delete a number of measures or, I guess more correctly, seconds, from the very begining of the project? I have too many tracks to just move everything closer to the beginning.

You should be able to select all the parts on all the tracks with your mouse and move them as a unit.   If it doesn't work, CTRL+Z will correct it.  

As a caution, you can save the project as it is and then "Save As" a project with a new project file name.  Try it in the new project.  If that does not work, go back to the previous project.

Good rec to save it first and then then save the same thing with another name--just in case.

I WAS able to highlight everything by clicking on each track while holding the shift key. I was then able to move everything at once esaily.
