MAC video preview problem

I am using Premier 2019 on a MAC Pro running macOS 10.14.1.  After I import a .mov file Premier will not play the file in the preview window.  Does anyone else have this problem or know how to fix this?

No longer a problem.  The old remove and reinstall worked
