The redempition code for Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements, was never delivered for invoice sent to me on 21-OKT-2024. Or I can't find it. The products are listed in my personal account, but are not usable without the code!

Thank you, Bill. Good advice. Yes - I have had my time with the lobotomized chat robot, learning on my time. I tried with "human", but ... I try "agent" tomorrow when this international company agent seems to have opening hours according to the last chat, if I interpreted the German right. I'm from Sweden, and in my profile I speek English:-)
