Hello everyone,

I'm currently working with a video clip captured using the Snip Tool, and I'm attempting to incorporate it into Adobe Premiere Elements 2022. Unfortunately, I'm encountering an issue where the audio, which is in AAC LC format, isn't functioning properly.

Could anyone offer suggestions on how to resolve this and get the audio working correctly in my project? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance for your help!

I do not see anything wrong, but use https://handbrake.fr/ open source transcoder/converter to create a new file and see if that works
