Msg : Adobe Premiere Elements 15 has stopped working

New Here ,
Dec 03, 2016 Dec 03, 2016

Error Message continues : "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.  Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."

This problem occurred 3 days ago after successfully running PE15 for a number of weeks without any problem.

Removed and reinstalled PE15 - same problem immediately but managed to install ok and entered the S/n - seemed to install correctly.  I restarted Win10 and then immediately had the above error once again.

I notice that some others have been having the same error on this and different versions of PE but no solutions seen so far.  Some urgency wanted from Adobe development team to resolve this issue.

Found the cause in my case .. Removed LavasoftTCPService64.dll (Adaware) within "Lavasoft Web Companion" which I had installed a few days ago prior to reinstalling Photoshop and Premiere Elements 15,

Uninstalling Web Companion allowed both apps to run normally.

This resolves my issue.

I too encountered problems with Premiere Elements and Photoshop Elements 15 displaying the above-described message as soon as the program tries to start. I uninstalled Lavasoft Web Companion and the problem no longer exists.
