What is the source of your music and what format is it?
A lot of iTunes music includes copy protection the prevents you using it in a video project.

Steve, it is the music that came with Elements as part of the programme.

What version of PrE are you using?
Parts of PrE don't install at first, including the music files. This is to save space on your disc. When they are used, they are downloaded. There is an option to download all in one large batch. If your PrE is old enough, the Adobe servers may not still have those music assets available.
All is not lost! PrE makes it easy to use music files from other sources. There is a vast choice of no cost, royalty free music.

That could be it, my version is 2020. I don't know any of the Royalty Free sites but will have a look.
Thanks for the help.

My current favorite for music is the YouTube Studio Audio Library. I'm not sure, but you may have to have a YouTube account or "channel" with a posted video for access. Google search for "free royalty free music" and you'll get a list. John's suggestion of pixabay shows up toward the top.

Wynk,
Your suggestions don't apply well to the music system built in to Premiere Elements, only to external audio files. The topic is about the built in system.
Your post also suggests that you are using the forum for promotion and advertising. I am forwarding a link to admin for review.
