Need help with registering my serial number

Hi,

Needing help with registering my serial number for adobe photoshop elements 15 & premiere elements 15 Student version. My serial number is only 19 numbers long not the standard 24 numbers long. Can anyone help me find where I can register it as all the instructions on the packing is old and the website has since changed.

Could you be trying to use a product code from the outside of the box?  Depending on how you bought, where and in what packaging the serial number would be in a secure place to prevent theft.
