I have been using Adobe Premier Elements and Photoshop Elements 14 since 2016. I just purchased Adobe Premier Elements and Photoshop Elements 2022. I downloaded the 2022 Exe file, and installed the software. When I add media (*.mp4 or *.mov) or start an old *.prel file in Premier Elements 2022, the video is miscolored (strange green and purple) and the video plays with an offset (like one video is playing on top of another). I tried reinstalling; I updated my video driver; nothing works. I am using Windows 11. The video looks fine in the timeline, but not in the upper window.  There is no error message.

Projects from previous versions can cause issues.

Best is to start with a fresh new project.

Update your graphics card driver (intel, nvidia or amd straight from the manufacturer).
