I can't see a preview and would appreciate all ideas re: a solution. I tried updating the graphics card driver and disabling the hardware acceleration, as indicated in similar posts on this forum, but still have no preview showing. The audio is fine. My system info is:

What is your graphics card?
I know you say that you've updated its driver from the manufacturer's web site but 99% of the time an outdated graphics driver is the issue.
nvidia gForce6150SE nforce430 Im using the latest drivers.
