NVidia Geforce 1080 NOT SUPPORTED

I was excited to see the 20201 Premiere Elements had GPU support FINALLY.

But imagine my shock and disappointment when I see this:

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 is unsupported.

How can that bem the 1080 is one of the most popular graphics cards.

Can we get a FIX for this?

This is a user to user forum, so we can't give you a fix or tell you why the graphics card isn't supported.

 

But have you tried the free trial download of the program? It might work regardless.

Oh wait -Check out this new photo - even though the programs says my 1080 is unsupported, there is a 7.3% usage of the GPU, Premiere Elements 2020 and below, never used ANY GPU.
