Hi,

The english site for GPU accelerated rendering compatibility show that the NVIDIA RTX 2070 SUPER is now supported. Goog news !

https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-elements/using/gpu-acceleration.html

But on the french site, this card is not mentionned !

https://helpx.adobe.com/fr/premiere-elements/using/gpu-acceleration.html#recommended_cards

In the general settings, Premiere Elements does not show that my card is active...

Why this difference ?

I use the V19.0 (20211007.daily.2243969) version

I've missed something ??

Can someone help me, please ?

Thanks in advance

Hi,

Thanks for your answer.

Am I to understand that only version 2022 can use my graphics card?

Best regards

I haven't tried it yet, but my research suggested that version 2022 fixed the problem.
Is that the case ?
Anyway I will quickly try the solution you suggest.
Thank you.

My card is already on the list.
Unfortunately in Premiere Elements it is not detected, and it is always the GPU integrated into the motherboard that is activated.
How do I make full use of the GPU of my GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER?

LATEST

Go to the vendor site to be sure you have an updated driver for your graphic adapter
nVidia Driver Downloads http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
-for Premiere Pro (and MAYBE Premiere Elements) use the STUDIO driver, not the GAMING driver
-such as (this MAY not be the latest) https://www.nvidia.in/Download/driverResults.aspx/177929/en-in
If you have a laptop you MAY also need to check for a laptop specific nVidia driver

You MAY also need an earlier driver, since PrE is "sometimes" only certfied with one specific driver
