Pan and Zoom = Adobe Has Stopped Working and then shuts down

New Here ,
Feb 26, 2017 Feb 26, 2017

Pan and Zoom was working fine for 8 months and today, all of the sudden, ONE click on Pan and Zoom and Adobe shuts down completely. I'd like to add that its very lovely that no phone support is offered for this product only chat that starts at 6 pm Hawaii Time.  I'm on the east coast. Really?  I have a project due Tuesday. Can anyone shed any light on why Pan and Zoom shuts Adobe Elements down each time I click?

Have you sized any photos you are panning and zooming over to no larger than 2500 pixels wide and 1850 pixels tall?

Beyond that, Bill is right. Much could be related to your computer specs, operating system, media and even the version of Premiere Elements you're working with. So you haven't really given us much to work with.

Meantime, I've never had any problems contacting Adobe Customer Care via chat and I'm on Chicago time. So I'm not sure where the Hawaii time idea came from.
