Pc: To open Adobe premiere, I have to enter a serial number at once.

Hello! I have a very big problem at the moment:
 Since I have a new PC, I can no longer open Adobe premiere elements 15 
because I have to enter a serial number.
 I bought the program 4 years ago for more than 100 € and have made many YouTube videos with it since then. 
I have no longer  this "serial number" and can not open the program. 
A test version is suggested to me, although I have already installed the paid full version a long time ago. 
What should I do now? I don't have the serial number anymore. 
The next thing is, that I can't contakt the adobe support.
I would be really happy if any of you have an idea how you can help me .. Thank you!

- page has links to programs to find an installed serial number in Mac or Windows
- Also https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/find-serial-number.html
- when you find your serial number(s) write them down and put in a desk drawer

Go to "https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html"  and click on the icon in the lower right corner to start an online text chat.  The icon looks like this:
