PE 2021 on a Windows 10 PC.

I'm trying to follow the instructions "Create cool Time Remapping effects"

as described on page #108 onwards of Steve's book for PE 2021.

I get as far as step 5 "Select a Time Remapping speed using the big slider".

Where the ***** is that big slider?  I just don't see it (unfortunately the book shows

pictures of every stage EXCEPT this big slider)...

The online Users Guide is similar (no picture of the slider).

You'll see it when you select a Time Zone -- a segment of the timeline you've selected for remapping.

Which mode... Quick or Guided or Expert?

I've never used that, but I think that 'advanced' functions require Expert mode

Expert Mode (I have only ever used Expert Mode),

I can do steps 1 - 4 as shown in Steve's book without problem but this "Big Slider" must be so big

that I cannot see the wood for the proverbial trees.

It was a case of wood & trees.

I had not appreciated that the series of joined dots at the bottom was a "slider".
