Photoshop to Premiere - License Change request

Hey everyone,

Due to a wrong delivery of our software supplier, we've recieved a Photoshop elements license instead of a Premiere Elements license.

We really have no purpose for Photoshop Elements, so we'd really like to switch licences.

Is this possible? I'f not we'd like to disable our Photoshop license and recieve a refund.

Hi Steve,

Thank you very much. I've tried the chat, but it resulted in me repeating my question 4 times and eventually the guy on the other side stopped responding. This was not really helpful.

Any other ideas to get me closer to my goal?

No. Not if you bought your programs from Adobe.

Give them another try. Chat has always worked well for me.
