plug-in problem , premier elements 15

I installed a plug in  premier elements 15. "neat video"  to take out grany/noisy  images. it works well in time line, but not i ca not burn videos.

to  prove it i took out the effect and i burned a DVD without problem but when i put back the effect primer elects closes. so  i can not burn a disc nor i can save in a file, because in the process it crashes.

please help!!

    i just contacted  neat video support.

    i think it will work now. i updated to new version.

    now i am waiting to burn.
