Portrait edit

Hello,
I am trying to create a portait edit as shown in the tutorial. 

I am using PE 2022 but when I enlarge the video and add the blur to track 1, it is not showing up. Neither is the black bars on the edges of the videos. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong? Thank you

So you're trying to create a 16:9 video but you want to add a 9:16 portrait video to it?

First start a new project and select the option for a 1920x1080 widescreen video -- and be sure before you click OK to click the option to force these settings on your project. This will keep your project settings from changing when you add the portrait video. Then everything should work as in the tutorial.
