How do i reposition text in a clip by just selecting the text and dragging it to the proper position.  I see a way to position in the center or lower third of the clip, or position it at so many points along an X or Y axis, but how to I just grab and drag?

If it the simple "Default Text", you select the move tool in the mode section.   It is on the bottom and the third tool on the right.  Do you need a screen shot?
