PrE 2022 Speed and slow down audio

Is it possible to slow down and speed up audio in Premiere Elements 2022? Its not under the effects i can apply and its not an option under tools. If i do time remapping on my video, i cant adjust the audio speed like i can the video speed. Unless im missing something. Any help would be awesome.

Right click on audio > Time stretch.
