Preferred file format for loading into Adobe P/E 15?

I have been using Adobe P/E 11 but am moving to P/E 15.  I am having old super-8 films converted into digital by http://www.just8mm.com/.   Conversion is available into avi, MP4, or MOV.  For my PC Windows computer, which is preferred file format for use with P/E 15?

MP4s are your best bet.
