Premier Elements 15 SUPER SLOW

Hi, Im not sure if I am the only one but my elements 15 is so slow on my computer it is pretty much unusable.t is very choppy and delayed when I try to edit a video. Please help! I am working on a PC

Also, what is your media file type and codec?

Where is the media from?

Have you rendered the timeline?
