Hallo! Ich habe premier elements 15 -  und nutze es selten - jetzt wollte ich es nutzen, aber es heißt, dass ich noch auf anderen Computern angemeldet sei. Auf diesen alten Computer habe ich allerdings keinen Zugriff mehr. Online sehe ich keine Computer in denen ich angemeldet bin und kann mich entsprechend auch nicht abmelden. Was kann ich tun?
