I have Premiere Pro Elements 18 on a Windows 10 Machine. Out of nowhere, videos will not play in the editor. Even previous projects I have created. I have no idea why it stopped working at all. I am relatively new to Premiere Pro, so any help will be greatly appreciated!
I'm confused about what you are using. Is it Premiere Elements or Premiere Pro.
Ether way, if it "worked before" and has stopped working, something changed on your computer. Are you running out of disk space? Are there new programs such as anti virus taking up RAM?
