Premier Elements 2015 not work in Mac Ventura

I checked prior to upgrading my ios and adobe premiere elements 15 was not listed as being at risk. Is there a way to get a free upgrade to the latest Premiere Elements that will work on my Mac? Interestingly, the Photoshop Elements 15 still seems to work.

Version 15 is old and no longer supported by Adobe, you must buy version 2023
