Hello. I am looking to start my YouTube channel where, among other things, I will make music reaction and commentary content similar to Shawn Cee and Anthony Fantano. Shawn Cee likes to add zoom-ins and other subtle effects for comedic purposes, which I would also like to incorporate into my videos. I have linked some examples for reference. Would Premiere Elements be an adequate software to make this type of content? And is Photoshop Elements good enough to make basic thumbnails? Thanks.

Definitely.

But you will have to learn how to work the tools in the software to do the zoom takes. There's no automatic tool for creating it.

You can make zooms with the transform effect and put it on an Adjustment layer.

And/Or save as a preset.
